The app itself is fine but having to pay to have an ad free transit app is outright robbery. No other decent transit app has ads. Im using the app to find train tickets which Im going to pay for. Make it free and Ill give it 5 stars.

Finally the app, new life !!
I was able to make a purchase of one ticket which several times to do before it finally submitted. When I tried to do another purchase, I clicked tickets, picked my time and then hit buy now and kept being taken back to the results from my previous purchase. Tried refreshing, reload downloading the app and neither of that worked. Giving up on the app
App is unreliable. Full of bugs. Tried to book. The app took all info, even credit card. Sent me a confirmation email that did not have booking #, but listed trains and amoun paid. But did not in fact take booking. No record w cc company. No booking. No ticket. Used diff company on line. Not app. Have now downloaded different app. It worked. Bye for now National Rail. Too bad.
We already paid $6.99 for the previous app. You made agant change their logo, and released this poor rip off and want us to pay AGAIN for the pleasure??? No way!!! Get UK Train Times instead... its MUCH BETTER!
Very inefficient.
Constantly gives errors (Retrieve all disruption alerts failed - Validation error) no matter what I do when trying to set disruption alerts. What is even the point of the app if it can’t provide disruption or delay alerts for my commuting journey?
Horrible app that sends me to other rail lines who can’t seem to accept that I’m registered. Undoubtedly a problem related to the fractured rail system.
Used this app to buy a ticket. When it asked me for payment info and then buy ticket, it had totally changed the times and date I had put in. I had to call and buy another ticket and then wait for a refund. Why?
As a daily rail commuter I found this app very useful. Live train tracking is superb, I can easily check if my train already arrived to the station or simply left without me ... Trully reckommend to all.
Update the timetables please!!!
Where is the option to buy a day travelcard for London included with the tickets ? Good idea, tono limited implementation Not so useful yet
Slick design, fully featured - esp like the "wake me up"
This app looks very nice, slick modern interface. But apart from the new wake up feature and moving everything around, how is this different than the existing Train Times app the National Rail already put out? They seem to have the same functionality.

I paid for the ad-free version. Later when I reset the app (the only way to remove old trips) it also removed the ad free status. Ads are back and I cant remove them without paying again. I contacted support several times and its clear they have no interest in resolving my problem. I have been scammed out of £7, dont let it happen to you!
I tried planning a few journeys and a bunch of trains dont show up. The work ok at nationalrail.co.uk, so ill use that instead. (Note I have "show direct etc" off). If you want reliable info, be wary of this!
This is a great app, simple and easy for everyday journeys. I like that you can see a list of stops on your route and the platforms where you board and disembark. Its easy to find the last train too.
Needs iPhone 5 support
The app used to work perfectly. Now it has a connection problem.
